This software was not it. Nothing but problems. All of my older co-workers had a hard time using it. Switched them to another company and no problems at all. Really glitchy where there is limited service. They claim photos can be taken while you're offline. I don't believe that statement anymore. I have lost a lot of important work photos because of this. I would not recommend the product.

great when it works. sometimes gps won't kick on to show you nearby jobs, depending on service, sometimes photos and videos won't upload whatsoever or take an extremely long time. Right now I'm only updating my review because the app claims to be up to date on my Google pixel 8 pro and is showing me nothing but a blank screen and the only one nearby is a customer who I visited the day prior.

So far the app works great. I am looking into other options recently. My problem is I need to either sync it with our cloud, we use one drive, or easily download photos to those folders. In order to download images you have to email yourself a link and then that link leads to a zip file. As more pictures are added for each job its hard to keep track of what is in and isn't already in our job folders doing this. It's their way of making you keep your photos only on their server. Shame.
